The dense busbar trunking system is a high-density insulated and compact power distribution equipment, widely used in high-current and high-reliability power transmission systems.
1. It adopts high-purity copper or aluminum busbars (conductivity ≥ 98%), with a rated current ranging from 250A to 6300A, meeting the requirements of large-capacity power distribution.
2. It features a low-loss design, with energy-saving efficiency 10% to 20% higher than traditional cables.
3. It has a standard protection level of IP54 (dustproof and splash-proof), and some models can reach IP65/IP66 (water-spray-proof and dust-proof), suitable for harsh environments such as dampness and dust.
4. It can be installed horizontally, vertically or at an angle, supporting long-span installation (horizontal support spacing ≤ 2.5 meters, vertical ≤ 3.6 meters), adapting to different power distribution needs. There are no exposed live parts, preventing the risk of electric shock.
